Extending Gruden is a good idea. He's set, ready to go, can build on years of success. Same with Kirk Cousins. Family life is nailed down, ready to play hard for - some team. We will see if all the hot air about trades amounts to anything or the Redskins are able to work out a long-term deal, which would be better for both parties.
